Our house blend is Single O’s Collider, dialled in every morning so the last coffee of the day tastes as good as the first. It’s what you’ll smell the moment you walk in.
The rest of the table comes from partners we trust: Sonoma sourdough, Pepe Saya butter, Nonie’s gluten-free bread, Teacraft loose-leaf tea, Prana Chai, ceremonial matcha sourced from Uji, Japan, and fresh produce from the markets.
